How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We aim to get back to everyone within 48 hours during business days. Sometimes it's the same day if we're not too swamped. Weekend messages get answered on Monday morning.
Can I visit without an appointment?
You can, but we'd recommend calling first. We're sometimes out meeting with clients or running workshops, and we'd hate for you to make the trip for nothing.
Do you offer consultations over the phone?
Absolutely. A lot of our initial conversations happen over the phone or video call. It's often easier for people who aren't local to Lismore, and it works just as well for getting started.
